Luis Fernando Barraza, age 32, was born October 8th, 1992 to Julia Elena Marquez Barraza and Luis Alberto Barraza Luján in Delicias, Chihuahua Mexico. He passed away to be with the Lord on December 9th, 2024.
Luis and Marissa were engaged May 14th, 2014. They welcomed their first child, Anthony Jadiel Barraza, on August 16th, 2015. They were then married March 14th, 2016. A few years later, on January 10th 2020, they welcomed their daughter Avalisse Alani Barraza. Together they created their little family. Throughout their time together, Luis continued to be the strong husband and father he was proud to be. He was very family oriented and hardworking, always going above and beyond for his family.
Luis was known by so many as Pato. Pato was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Pato had a passion for trucks, but he loved all vehicles. He shared his passion for trucks with his son; he enjoyed taking his son Anthony Barraza to the race tracks and car shows. He loved to work on trucks with his brother Daniel and father Luis at Barraza Kustomz here in Conroe, Tx. Pato was a genuine person and friend to all. Pato was always making jokes and having everyone laugh. His smile and laugh were contagious to all those who were around him.
Luis is survived by his loving Wife Marissa Barraza, Son Anthony Barraza, Daughter Avalisse Barraza, Mother Julia Elena Barraza, Father Luis Alberto Barraza, Grandmother Maria Hermilia Lujan Martinez, Grandfather Jose Socorro Barraza Saenz, Brother Daniel Barraza, Sister Barbara Barraza, and Niece Alexzandra Arango and Nephew, Brayden Obregon. Numerous other family members and close friends survive.
A visitation and rosary for Luis will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Cashner Colonial Hall with Father Matthew officiating. Burial will follow in Garden Park Cemetery.
