Larry loved cars and figuring out how things worked. He was a talented mechanic, and worked at Gullo Toyota for over 20 years before leaving to open his own shop, Gray's Auto Service for the rest of his career. Larry was a quiet man who loved drag cars and motorcycles. He loved taking his Son to the races on the weekends when he was a little boy. He was a kind man who loved plants and gardening. Larry always grew the prettiest tomatoes and peppers. The most important thing to Larry was his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He loved watching them play and seeing them grow.
Larry was preceded in death by his Grandparents Butch Johnson and Rosalie Johnson-Biano, Grandmother Ina Mae Gray, Father Gary Gray, Brother Barry Gray, and a Son Jeremy Gray.
Survivors include his Mother Judith Gray, Brother Brett Gray and Wife Linda, Son Justin Gray and Wife Kindra, Son Carmen Pitrello IV, Daughter Dale Michelle Powers, Daughter Mary Pitrello, Grandaughter Kinsley Gray, Grandson Kaiden Gray, Grandson David Embrey, and various other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
There will be a memorial service Saturday May 7th at "The Barn" 13698 Walker Road Willis, TX 77378 from 4 until dark.
