Kenneth "Kenny" "Poppy" Hamilton

Kenny was born on July 28, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois. He was an accomplished Electrician and Hvac Technician and worked for the City of Houston for 17 years. He loved hunting, tinkering in his workshop, taking family trips, and was always ready and waiting to help with the next project. Kenny could never say no to helping others.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 51 years, Colleen; his daughter, Aron Armenta and husband Jason; son, Josh Hamilton and wife Jennifer; seven grandchildren, Morgan Bucio and husband Jonny, Adysen Armenta, Ryan Armenta, Reese Hamilton, Jace Hamilton, Case Hamilton, Averie Hamilton; siblings, Don Hamilton, Drucilla Williamson, Sandra Heinen; and his many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Adams.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel, 1801 E. White Oak Terrace, Conroe, Tx. 77301. Family reception to follow in Montgomery.

In lieu of flowers and donations, the family is asking for random acts of kindness and paying forward of good deeds as Kenny's life reflects. To pay respects to Kenny's Life, the family has requested that You Should Wear Cheerful Attire to the Celebration of Life.
