John Henry Jordan was born November 4, 1940, in Dallas, Texas to Dora Pierce Jordan and passed away on December 14, 2022, in Willis, Texas.

John grew up in Lewisville, Texas and joined the Navy in 1958 where he served till 1961. He moved to Beaumont, Texas where he met his wife Norma Hughes Jordan. They were married on January 19, 1963. John was a member of Mims Baptist Church, The Gideon’s International and was also a 20 year member of The Conroe Optimist Club International. He was the owner of Jordan Interior Construction INC.

John is preceded in death by his mother, Dora Pierce Jordan; daughter in law, Susan Marie Jordan. He is survived by his wife, Norma Hughes Jordan; sons, John Jordan Jr. and Billy Jordan; grandchildren, Brittney Jordan, Joshua Jordan, Caleb Jordan and Tristan Jordan; great granddaughter, Harper Jordan; brother, Buddy Jordan.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 beginning at 2:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. He will be laid to rest in Garden Park Cemetery.
