Jody A. DeNina

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mary Ann Mitschke; brother, Wallace Mitschke. She is survived by her loving husband, Jack L. DeNina; son, Vincent DeNina; brother, Tim Mitschke and his partner Monty Nash; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jody was a stay-at-home mom taking care of her precious son Vincent. She and Jack moved from Houston to Lake Conroe in 1986, and then moved to Florida in 1988 where they resided until 1990, when they returned to the Lake Conroe area. Later on they opened DeNina’s Sports Bar and Grill which they owned for about 3-1/2 years. At that time the decided to travel and explore the United States for a couple of years, and after that, returning again to Lake Conroe. She always enjoyed her family and friends. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in New Waverly.

A Celebration of Life service will be at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas, on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 beginning at 10:00am with a reception following the service.
