Jackie Fay Miller

Jackie Fay Miller, 97, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016. She was born on May 24, 1918 in Timpson, Texas to John and Lorena Williams. Jackie was a faithful member of Mims Baptist Church. She was also a member of Zeta Epsilon and won woman of the year in 2008. Besides church and her family, Jackie’s other passions were fishing and sewing which she did both quite well.

She is survived by her daughter Diana Lynn Navarro; granddaughters Theresa Dawn Giesman, and Crystal Lynn King; grandson Brice William Navarro; great granddaughters Reanna Lynn King and Kylee Elizabeth King; great-grandsons Dominic Anthony Navarro, and Colton James Giesman and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Metcalf Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Center, Texas. We’ll always remember the joy, the laughter, and the smiles. We love you nana till we meet again high up on that mountain.
