Jackie Gardner

Jackie Gardner was born January 27, 1945 in Conroe, Texas and went home to be with her Lord Sunday, January 25, 2015 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 69. She was a member of the Living Savior Lutheran Church, Past President of the American Business Womens Association, Past Vice President of the Friends of the Willis Library, and was a volunteer for Crown of Texas Hospice and the Lighthouse Hospice of Conroe, Texas. Jackie loved spending time with her family and also enjoyed sewing, stain glass work, crafts, cooking, and was apart of the Master Gardeners of Montgomery County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Dossie Loving Brookshire, husband David Gardner and by her brother Grady Brookshire. Jackie is survived by her two daughters, Kim Beach and husband Todd and Jamie Rey and husband Tommy, both of Conroe, Texas; by her son Steve Kennemer and wife J.J. of Austin, Texas; grandchildren: Keegan Beach, Kaleigh Beach, Mason Rey and Makenley Rey; two sisters, Jerrie Williams and husband Marion of Conroe, Texas and Virginia Caldwell and husband Clifford of Grangerland, Texas and sister-in-law Pat Brookshire also of Conroe, Texas. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 3pm with Pastor David Bailes.
