Frederick Rae Lowe

Frederick Rae Lowe, loving Husband, Dad, “Grampa” and friend passed away peacefully at home in the early morning on Thursday, September 14, 2017. His big heart just gave out. He was surrounded by family and friends…a captive audience listening to his stories until the last night when he went to sleep.

In his last few days, he told us how much it meant to him to be surrounded by so much love. He had so many friends and family members that he intended to call but he ran out of time. For those that he was able to visit with, he was truly touched by the outpour of love.

Fred never met a stranger and he gave of himself to help others in need. Fred will be deeply missed by his wife Eileen, children Tom Soper and Judy Soper, grandchildren Joshua Soper, Joel Smith and Christian Soper, Sister-in-Law Wanda Lowe, nieces Gail and Denise Streeter and nephews Mike, John, Paul and Ralph Lowe.
