Elizabeth A. Pigott 66, went to be with the lord, January 18, 2012. She is survived by her son Matthew Pigott, her daughter Heather Ramirez and one grandchild Kylie Elza. Born April 17, 1945 in Charleston, W. Virginia to her Father Ray R. Harbert and mother Felicia E. Scott. A loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed and never forgotten.
