Funeral services for Dorothy Jeanne Harelson will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 12:30pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Rev. Gene Kendrick officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2011 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Dorothy was born June 28, 1929 in Huntsville, Alabama to James and Mildred Deaton and passed away September 25, 2011 in Montgomery, Texas. Dorothy was a devoted Sunday School teacher for 50 years, serving her last tenure at Mims Baptist Church as teacher of the Faith Class. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Harelson of Montgomery, TX; daughter, Valerie Harelson of Houston, TX; granddaughter, Zlatka Kay Harelson of Houston, TX and nephew, Richard Sullivan of Marshall, MO.
