Daisy Swanner

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Robert Dean Swanner; her parents; brothers J.W. "Red" Reeves, Prentice Reeves, Hubert Reeves, Joe Reeves, and Charles Reeves; and sisters Pansey Hope, Rose Funderburk, and Violet Day.

Daisy is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Vaught and husband Thomas; granddaughters Lauren and Lindsey Vaught; great grandson Colt Thomas Vaught, all of Conroe, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Conroe and the Ladies Sunday School Class for many years. Daisy enjoyed her time as an Antique Dealer in Conroe for over 30 years. She was best known for her big heart and generosity. She truly never met a stranger. She was loved by many and will be forever missed.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 4th, 2014 from 1-3 P.M. followed by funeral services at 3 P.M. at Metcalf Funeral Home. Interment will be Sunday at 2 P.M. in Bernice, Louisiana.
