Funeral servicesFuneral services for Charles Edwin Loftis will be held Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00am at Conroe Church of Christ with Steve Yates presiding. Burial will follow at Houston National Cemetery on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 10:00am. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Charles was born September 27, 1941 in Gilmer, Texas to James Charles and Verna Lou Loftis and passed away May 12, 2014 at the age of 72, at his home in Conroe, Texas surrounded by his loving family. Charles is survived by his children, William Orrin Loftis and wife Kathey, Constance Eugenia Mendoza and husband Arthur, Rachel Elaine Cantu and husband Rey and Robin Morassutti and husband Dan; grandchildren, William Orrin Loftis, Jr (B.J.) and wife Diane, Jennifer Renee Johnson, Brandy Francene Hiner and husband Caleb, Aaron Mendoza, Charlotte McKenzie and husband Bryce, Andrew Mendoza, Vanessa Anne Brashear and husband Bryan, Angelica Stubblefield and husband Christian and Rhea Cantu; numerous great grandchildren, extended family and friends also survive.
