Brodie Wilson Horn, born September 14 2015, passed away on September 25, 2015.
Brodie is survived by his parents; Jennifer Horn and Jim E. Horn, grandparents; Joann Watts, and Jim A. Horn and Kathy Horn, aunt; Jackie Horn, and numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, in Conroe, Texas, on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Funeral Service for Brodie Wilson Horn will be held at the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Friday, October 2, 2015, at 10:00am with interment following at Garden Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
