She was preceded by her father Stanley and her mother Doris of Chicago IL.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years William (Bill) of the home, son Matthew of Greensboro NC, daughter Britni of Ukiah CA, brother, Michael, granddaughter Elizabeth of the home, grandson Mitchell of the home and sister-in-love Carmen of Dahlonega GA.

Drum Funeral Home of Conover, NC is serving the family.

A celebration of Laura’s life and love for and from all she knew will be held on April 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the Claremont City Park, Dig-n-dogs will be providing the food.
