Kenneth Wayne Frye Jr.

Born October 13, 1964 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Kenneth Wayne Frye, Sr.

Kenneth worked for Cardinal Health Enterprise in Rock Hill, SC and Northern Tool Distributing in Fort Mill. SC.

He enjoyed working on and riding motorcycles, and he was handy with working and tinkering on electronics.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Candi Hedrick Hernandez.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Rosemary McConnell Frye; wife of 28 years, Robin Dellinger Frye; son, Kenneth Dwayne Hedrick and fiancée, Amanda of Colorado; daughter, Angie McGhee and husband, Scott of Conover; brothers, Chris Frye and wife Leigh of Newton, and Stacey Frye of Conover; grandchildren, Amber Hedrick, Marianna Hernandez, and Destiny Hedrick.

A Time of Remembrance will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2017 at Drum Funeral Home in Conover. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
