Vickie Lynn Whitaker

Vickie Lynn Whitaker, 72 of Connersville, died Friday, June 14, 2024, at Majestic Care of Connersville. Vickie was born October 21, 1951, in Connersville to Raymond and Flossie Miller Barrows. She was a 1969 graduate of Short High School in Union County. Vickie enjoyed listening to the Beatles, flower gardening and spending time with her dogs. She is survived by two brothers, Raymond (Kathy Younts) Barrows II of Glenwood and Jeff (Mary) Barrows of Dayton, Ohio; sister, Angie Zimmerman of Cincinnati, Ohio; niece, Shelley Reuss of Dunlapsville and sister-in-law, Joyce Barrows, also of Dunlapsville; many other family and friends. Vickie is preceded in death by her husband Ronald “Bubbles” Whitaker, who passed in 2020; parents; and sister, Paula Drew, who passed in 2014. Private service for Vickie Lynn Whitaker will be held at the convenience of the family.
