Samantha Diane Huff

Samantha Diane Huff, 44, of Connersville died unexpectedly on November 4, 2024. Samantha was born on December 17, 1979, to Melody Scott. She graduated from Union County High School and continued her education taking cosmetology classes. Samantha was employed as a makeup artist and a cleaning specialist throughout her lifetime. She was an exceptional artist, from make-up and hair, to drawing picturesque scenes. Samantha enjoyed listening to a variety of music and attending concerts with loved ones. She was an avid reader and was fond of cooking. Samantha also found joy in watching movies and spending time with her friends and family. She had a huge heart and loved unconditionally. Above all, Samantha’s greatest pride and joy was her daughter, Payton McFarland. In addition to her mother and daughter, Samantha is survived by her stepdad: Eric Scott; sister: Veronica Eckart; niece and nephew: Kayla Dickson and Kamryn Dickson; many loved ones and family members including but not limited to: Denise Nobbe and children, Tracy Taylor, Brock Templeton, Chris Hottman and children, Mike Hottman and children, Anthony Moff and Brady family, Ed Smith and family, and her childhood friends. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts and uncles, and father Steve York. A gathering for Samantha’s friends and family will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Showalter Blackwell Long, Myers Chapel, Connersville.
