Mary Frances Hines

Westfield, Indiana Mary Frances Hines passed away on Wednesday, August, 8, 2018. She was born February 7, 1931 to George and Ocre Combs in Vincent, Kentucky. Mary was one of ten brothers and sisters growing up in Kentucky and is survived by one sister, Genevieve Combs Deaton. Mary married Edward “Duke” Hines, Jr. on November 23, 1951 in Connersville, Indiana where they raised their family and resided until 1990. Mary retired with her husband to Okeechobee, Florida where they enjoyed boating and fishing every day. Mary made Westfield, Indiana her permanent home in 2001, where she was an integral part of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren’s lives. She is survived by her three children and their spouses: Marcia Gillum and Mike, Brenda Carlow and Mike, David Hines and Shirl; as well as seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. A private graveside memorial service will be held in Connersville, Indiana.
