Maria Elena Roque of Congers, NY, 65 years old, passed away on September 1st, 2022. Maria Elena was born July 22, 1957. A devout Catholic who led a blessed and meaningful life, contributing immensely to the lives of others. Maria Elena was a devoted mother and wife whose greatest joys came from her family. She is survived by her husband Wenceslao Rivera; her daughter Ethel Rivera; and her son Allan Rivera. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in Congers, NY. Mass of Catholic Burial will be held on Friday, 10am, at St. Paul’s Church, Congers, followed by internment at Gethsemane Cemetery, Congers, NY.
