Frank I think you were kind loving hero with a big heart caring for others.

Frank was a wonderful person. I would walk by his office every morning and enjoy Frank's big smile and cheerful greeting. Frank was always upbeat and caring. I  believe Frank is looking down feeling sorry for us.

The Slattery Family

When I joined the fire department 15 years ago, Frank made me feel extremely welcomed.  I remember playing softball with him & how good a player he was.  He was a great man, husband & an even better father to his two fantastic & successful children, Kristen & Ryan.  Miss you buddy.  

Growing up on the pond, I always looked up to you as a little kid. You inspired me so much, that though I never got that great at hockey, I was always determined to try & beat you year after year. We had a great friendship through the years growing up just down the street. So many fun memories. Our street was like one huge family. I Can't Believe You Passed. Congers Lake Will Never Be The Same Without You. Keep That Pond Upstairs Clear Of Snow, Until We All Meet Again.... Rest In Piece My Friend

You were a good friend, Frank and you will be missed dearly. This world will not be the same without you. RIP my friend.
