Tracy was born on July 22, 1986 in Concord, NH. She joked that she was the baby in the family and the favorite. She graduated from Bow High School and following that worked at Lowe’s. She was a loyal employee having worked there for 15 years and received the Red Service Star Award for going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. Tracy also loved working with children. She worked in the afterschool program for the Concord School District and volunteered as an assistant in kindergarten and in Sunday School classes at her church.
When not working Tracy enjoyed taking walks with Cookie, her cocker-poo and loyal companion. Tracy bragged that Cookie was the cutest dog in the world. One of Tracy’s favorite places was the beach. She enjoyed vacationing with her family at Anna Maria Island or just spending warm summer days at Wallis Sands or York Beach. If not at the beach, she liked to float in her pool.
She loved her family deeply and served as the glue that kept the family of 17 together for holidays, birthdays, and everything in between. Tracy was devoted to her nieces and nephews and particularly enjoyed spoiling them with extra butter on the popcorn and chips in the chocolate chip cookies and made sure the freezer was stocked with popsicles much to the chagrin of their parents. She loved supporting her nieces and nephews in school and extracurricular activities and could be found cheering them on from the sidelines. She cherished her family and extended family.
While her illness was fierce and aggressive she continued to live her life filled with positivity, strength, and faith in her Savior and Lord Jesus. Her love and care for others took precedence over her pain as she faced each day with thankfulness and pushed herself to make the most of her time with family and friends. Because Tracy required regular blood transfusions in her illness she desired to repay the gift of blood she received by having a blood drive at her church. Church elders are working to make that a reality in the coming weeks. Tracy lived by faith that became increasingly evident over time as she shared her faith with those around her. She wanted everyone to know that God loves them even beyond what they could imagine. She was an inspiration and will continue to inspire others.
Tracy is loved by her remaining family including her parents Stephen and Susan Moltisanti of Bow, NH; her grandmother Cesira Moltisanti of North Massapequa, NY; her brother Stephen and his wife Laura of Bow, NH; her sister Erica Izzi and her husband David of Hooksett, NH; her brother Stuart and his wife Kimberly of Merrimack, NH; as well as her cherished nieces and nephews Natalee, David, Stephen III, Griffin, Michael, Ava, Grady and Abram.
Visiting hours for Tracy will be held on Friday, September 9 4:00pm-7:30 pm at Bennett Funeral Home 209 North Main Street, Concord, NH. A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, September 10 at 10:00am at Faith Community Bible Church 334 N. Village Road, Loudon, NH. A graveside burial ceremony at Blossom Hill Cemetery will follow.
