Ruth enjoyed photography, camping, walking on the beach, collecting sea glass, bird watching, and enjoying Prince Edward Island sunsets. She was president of the American Business Association for a few consecutive years in the 1980s, a representative for New England Hospital Association for Capital Region Healthcare Corporation of Concord, NH throughout her career, and served as president for a regional insurance credit union .
Ruth is survived by her sister Leone M. Rasmussen and her spouse Robert A. Rasmussen of Hopkinton, New Hampshire; her sister Agnes MacLean of Lake Ridge, Virginia; and life time friend Arlene Lodge of Pembroke, New Hampshire.
Ruth was preceded in death by her father Harvey A. MacLean and mother Rena L. MacLean; her brother Clare A. MacLean.
A Graveside service will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 1PM at Blossom Hill Cemetery, 207 N State Street, Concord NH 03301.
