LuAnne Goonan

LuAnne spent 30 years being a registered nurse for Elliot Hospital, working on many different units. She found most of her time spent working on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

She was a 4-H leader for many years alongside being the 4-H superintendent for local fairs, including the Stratham, Hopkinton and Deerfield Fairs. After her children had grown, she found joy in participating in road races. She completed many 5k’s, 10k’s, Half and Full Marathons, Triathlons and even a Half Ironman.

She is survived by her Spouse of 52 years, Robert Goonan; her children, Richard (Staci) Goonan, and Elizabeth (Derek) St. Denis; her sister, Wendy (Michael) Dailey; her brothers, Thomas (Lindsay) Hodgman, and Eric (Hilary) Hodgman; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Goonan and Brinley St. Denis.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 24 from 11:00 AM to 1:00PM at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N Main St Concord, NH. A Funeral Service will be held following the calling hours at Bennett Funeral Home at 1:00PM.
