He was born May 1, 1959 in Hackensack NJ, the son of Charles Boehm and Lynda Adams. He moved with his family up to Dorchester NH in 1972 where he helped run their campground and country store before attending college in Manchester NH, obtaining an Associate degree in Construction from the Manchester Votechnical School in 1979 and then continued to get his Bachelor degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University in 1981. Later that year he married his bride Judith Platt of Pomfret CT and they put down roots in Contoocook NH where they raised their family of 3 children.
Kevin's early career was as an employee of Radio Shack, managing several computer center retail stores in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, then helping clients purchase homes as a mortgage loan officer, and finally as a hearing specialist for Miracle Ear for 8 years before he retired in 2021.
Kevin loved Music, it was his passion. He was always involved in it some way either as the organizer of the Hopkinton Arts and Music Festival, the conductor of the Hopkinton Town Band, attending concerts and music performances with his wife, or just playing his piano at their annual St Patrick's Day parties! He also enjoyed NASCAR racing, american muscle cars, renovation projects which were always needed to their 1800's home, aquarium stingray touch pools, air shows, discussing his knowledge of American history, and taking the family on road trip adventures. He was a member of the Eurika Blazing Star Masonic lodge in Concord NH.
He was predeceased by his father, Charles G. Boehm, his mother Lynda L. Adams, his grandparents Otto C. Boehm and Grace A. McClellan, Edward C. Adams and Lynda M. Blood, his uncles Lorenz G.
