Dear Coralie, Joe and I heard about Herb's passing and wish we could have attended his Celebration of Life, but due to Christmas obligations, we were unable to. We have included you both in our prayers. We feel priviledged to have had a brief visit with you both this fall during the studio tour. Thank you SO much for stopping by. Herb and I (Rena) were morning buddies at Nautilus Works many years ago, being the only ones there at such an early morning time, we were able to get to know each other a little better. I've enjoyed having you both in my art class and periodically in our lives over the years. Herb is a very kind, talented, giving person, whom I'm sure will put it to use on the other side. Coralee, Ann and I learned about Herbs passing from a mutual friend while we are here in Englewood Florida for the winter. As you might expect, Herb had a very special place in our hearts because of our long and enduring friendship during his two terms with IBM in the Concord branch office. 

He was creative, mischievous and always a good and trusted friend to all who knew him either in business and/or private life. He really enjoyed his family and countless friends. He was generous with his talents and good nature and brought enjoyment through his entertainment of those less fortunate.

Ann and I will miss his good nature and his friendship as well
