Courtney Doiron Rego, 26, of Manchester, NH formerly of Warner, NH passed away September 30, 2017. Born in Concord, NH, she was the beloved daughter of Robert and Michelle (Doiron) Rego. She leaves behind three brothers, a sister, and a nephew: Matthew and his wife Meredith of CA, Jonathan and his fiancé Alycia of MA, Christopher of MA, and Kathy and her husband Andrew & their son David of NH. Courtney also leaves behind her loving grandparents Charles and Theresa Doiron of MA and aunts and uncles Richard and Patricia Johnston & John and Theresa Graziosi. She was predeceased by grandparents Manuel and Mary Rego and her Aunt Diamentina Chandler. She will be greatly missed by her many cousins.
Courtney attended the Kearsarge District schools, Bishop Brady High School, and Westfield State College. She was an avid lacrosse and ice hockey player and played on the area school and independent club teams. She combined her positive attitude and her ability to connect with others to share her love of sports as a youth field hockey, lacrosse, and ice hockey coach.
Courtney was passionate about helping others and focused her life on genuinely caring for and supporting everyone around her. She worked with Pembroke Academy Special Needs, Farnum Center, and most recently New Hampshire Job Corps in Manchester. Her long term career aspiration was to become a nurse.
Her loving, unselfish, and caring personality will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her life.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from
1pm – 5pm at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main Street,(for navigation devices, please use the address 3 Church Street), Concord. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 10:30am at Christ the King Parish,
