William Joel Coleman

William Joel "Bill" Coleman, age 29, died unexpectedly Friday, January 1, 2016. He was born August 20, 1986 in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Westland High School and was a member of the Westland Soccer Club. Growing up, Bill was involved in Boy Scouts. He was passionate about playing soccer, skateboarding, and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Coleman; paternal grandparents, Eugene and Imogene Coleman; and uncle, Sandy Kloh. Bill is survived by his mother, Kay (Robert) Rice; sister, Rani (Jared) Coleman; brothers, Jonathon Coleman, Joseph (Josie) Coleman, and Shawn (Mindy) Coleman; maternal grandparents, Edison and Katherine (Clemens) Gallaher; uncles, Skip Kloh and James Gallaher; nephews, James, Josh, and Tristan; nieces, Haylee, Emma-Rose, Taylor, and Emily; great niece, Kendall; longtime friend, Frank Klaus; and many other relatives and dear friends. Memorial service honoring Bill's life will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Cypress Wesleyan Church, 377 Alton Darby Creek Rd., Galloway, OH 43119 where family and friends can visit from 12 - 1 pm prior.
