Billy is proceeded in death by maternal grandparents Frances Lorraine Glispy and George Washington Glispy. Paternal grandparents Dolores Harper and William Frank Rice. Billy is survived by his parents William Franklin Click and Lila Marie Glispy. Sisters Mandi Baugher and Amy Click. Children Zoey Elizabeth Smith, Jordan Colton Click and Brooklyn Renee Marie Click. Nieces Hayley Halstead, Leigha Halstead and Bailey Click. Great niece Kyndel Klamfoth. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Billy was a huge OSU fan, an ICP fan since middle school and had a knack for painting. He will be so missed by our family.
