Susan Spears, 71, of Columbus, went home Friday, May 29, 2015. She was born March 4, 1944 in Columbus to the late Clarence and June (Flowers) Helms. She retired from Medco and was a member of Vineyard Church. She was an avid reader. Susan is the beloved wife of Lee and beloved mother of Rhonda and Varil, sister of Tom (Ruth), Bill (Sandi), Jim and Mike (Sandy). Also surviving is Godson Nico, many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and granddog Brutus. Family will receive friends Monday, June 1, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 11 AM with lifelong friend Darlene Johnson officiating.
