Mom keirston and as she would say "her babys baby"

There are to many memories to share all at once. Sheila was my best friend and the sister I never would have had. My son Brandon was her birthday present one year, then her son Creston was my birthday present 5 months later. My kids all called her aunt mom. Loosing Sheila has opened a big void in my life. We would call each other several times a week just to check on one another. She was always there when I needed just to talk, offered advise when she thought I needed it. She knew that I was there for her in return. I miss you more than words can ever say Sheila. I sure hope you and Dan are watching over me. I love you.

Sheila your service was beautiful and it spoke directly to my heart.  I will never forget everything you taught me or how you helped me through the tough times in my life and made everything better, just by being you.  You loved everyone with all your heart and soul.  Of all the people I know, you had the biggest heart and so much love and you shared it with everyone without limits.  I'm happy that I talked to you last week about the "news", but sad that I didn't get my hug that you couldn't wait to give me.  You were so happy and proud, just like a "mom" would be.  The service said that you should live everyday like it was your last day and that you should hug everyone just in case it's your last.  You always did that and I'm really glad we hugged the last time I was at your house.  I'll see you in the future for the "other" hug.  In the mean time, I'll be sure to keep in touch with the kids and mom and dad. I love you "mom" and BFF!

We grew up together going to head start together then at good ole Mound Street School.. Sheila and I used to get into so much mischief when we were together. I had recently found out that she was dating my nephew Jeremy Cupp. His whole family really liked her alot.. Sheila, we might not have stayed in touch throughout the years, but I never forgot about you and our times together. May you rest in peace and I pray that you are in a better place than the rest of us at this point! God Bless your family and may they all have peace that you are home safe!!! I met Sheila when she lived in Indiana with Margeret, we lived next door and became friends quick! I didnt know her as long as alot of people but I feel like she has been in my life forever! She was a very important to me and my family, like the sister I never had. A favorite memory was she drove through a blizzard in Febuary to see me befor I went to Detroit for brain surgery! When she left I was so sad. When I woke up in Detroit hospitals ICU who was standing at the foot of my bed? It must be a dream! No she had made a trip to Detroit to surprise me & boy did she, she told the nurses she was my sister to get in! From that day on she was my sister & I thank God she was!! Rest in peace my sis we will love & miss you forever!!!

I remember Sheila as a little girl. my sisters & I [the Welch girls]  would play at each others homes.  she was alot of fun to be around!!!  I often wondered what happened to her over the years, it's just ashame that her life ended too soon!!!!  R.I.P.    you will be missed!!!

we met by my fish tank flooding sheila's down stairs apartment,that was16 or17 years ago we grew together & became close as family.she was always there for all4 of my strokes & got me waling again. i am so sorry iwasnt therefamily.

i help sheila mow her lawn,she was a wonderfull friend and neigbor,she always waves and smiles,she be missed dearly,my thoughts and prayers goes out to her family,frank
