Sam was always upbeat and happy about life in general. Within seconds of discussion, she could make my mountains into molehills. She was my good friend, then hairstylist. I will always miss her.

This is an example of one of my sneaky photos taken of Sam. She delighted in making me and I assume everyone look stylish and way better than before arrival. She was so excellent in her profession. She was also a very good friend to have.

Sam was often shy about my taking her picture. Her hands going up didn't stop me though. She always ended up laughing about my trickiest. I just loved making her laugh!

These two are crazy connected then, and now. I am so proud to have had her and the role she has played in my little ones lives✨️👑

She helped emryss and I into a home of our own, and decorated it Sammie-So. This is a perfect picture of the love she had given and created in all our lives. I love you grandma. Always

Getting me out of trouble time after time, she never ever let me forget my wrongdoings but made sure I had a lesson learned and did what I was asked, to right my wrongs. She created my clothing standards, she taught me Young how to put on lipstick regally without a mirror, she taught me what a girl needs, and deserves. She showed me, that although I didn't make the best choices, they were things to live and grow from, when I couldn't see up from down, she'd spin me in a circle- throw on a furry boa matched with a tiara with me-- and remind me to see the magic in life first. She taught me how to cry and not mess up my makeup, she taught me how to properly do my eyeliner but just gentle enough I wouldnt pull on my lids because it later causes crinkle lines. She chose to live happy and show us how to do it right with her💕💕

My grandmother swooned and poured her love into her grandson, and more recently grandsons. She had always gone the extra 4 miles to make sure we had everything, to thrive and enjoy the lives around us, and tried her DANGNESS to make sure it was together as a family no matter what. She gave and gives a strength of love that I can only pray to give back

Takes a wonderful strong mind and heart to raise and grow all three of us, while stimulataneously being the glue between as well. I am so proud to call her mine, and so in love with the kindness I have been shown time and time again from these two. No one could have done it better, I love you and I love you too Momma Hayes ❤️ 

She has always been the one to hold me tight. The one to teach me the true standards of a proper lady. She snuck this video on my phone for me to find,I didn't know it then but I find it more comforting that ever and is something I will hold close to my heart for the rest of always. She is so beautiful and I love that laugh. She set the stage for all around her and will always be the apple of our eye for being the most wonderful cut throat opinionater and thoughtful soul in our lives

I was so fortunate to have known Sam. She was kind, caring, giving and selfless. My heart goes out to her loved ones. She will be sorely missed - we love you, Sam.
