Ruth Ann “Sadie” Shook, age 61, of Columbus, died July 9, 2022 at Kobacker House after losing her short battle with cancer. She was raised in Baltimore, Ohio. Sadie loved to garden and go fishing. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Minnie Ruth Shook; siblings, Eunice Hanaan, Lois Kirwin, and David Shook. She is survived by her brother, Jim (Bida) Shook; brother-in-law, John "Fred" Kirwin; special cousin, Beverly Moran; “B. F. F.”, Teresa Barker; beloved dog, Lady, and her new parents, Lisa Davidson and Penny Anderson; many other relatives, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received from 1-3:00pm Friday, July 15, 2022 at Heart & Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, where a funeral service will be held at 3pm Friday, July 15, 2022, Pastor Zach Rostofer officiating.
