Ronald Lee Hagerman

Ronald Lee Hagerman, 77, of Columbus and most recently of New Albany, died Monday, November 7, 2011. He was born September 25, 1934 in Columbus to the late Proctor and Cora (Ballenger) Hagerman. He was a graduate of Central High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict. He retired from both Rockwell International and McDonnell Douglas. He was a member of St. James the Less Catholic Church, Gahanna VFW and the United Aerospace Workers Union. He was an avid Buckeye fan, enjoyed traveling in younger days and said he had been to every state twice. He is preceded by his wife Eva Lucille. He is survived by two sons Daniel and Thomas (Carmella), five grandchildren Ryan, Kyle, Tyler, Trevor and Jami, one great grandchild Anayah, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. where a funeral service will be held Friday at 12 PM. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
