Ronald E. Conrad passed away unexpectedly at Mt. Carmel East hospital on April 27, 2020. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his father Harold E. and mother Mary V. Conrad and by his beloved wife of 23 years, Debby Conrad.
Ron is survived by his three loving daughters Kimberly (Michael) Thomas, Cassandra (Howard) Gourley, and Misti Martin-Fuller; his brother Richard (Susie) Conrad; grandchildren Abbie (Christopher) Brewer, Jackson (Lyndsey) Thomas, Mia Martin-Fuller, Xavier Martin-Fuller, Luke (Hannah) Gourley, Anna (John) Gourley; and great grandchildren Lincoln Elliot Brewer, Calloway Rose Brewer and Wren Marie Gourley, as well as his devoted first wife and best friend, Vicki Lombardi.
We must also include that he is survived by his best four-legged friend and constant companion, Elvis.
Ron spent six years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Ron was an adoring husband, loving father, papaw, and brother as well as a loyal friend and neighbor.
Ron enjoyed a long and prosperous career with Crane Plastics. He and Debby enjoyed traveling the world, spending time with their many family and friends, and were both avid dog lovers. Ron was a tried and true Ohio State Buckeyes fan and a passionate car racing fan.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later time. The family has asked that donations be made to your local humane society or The National Military Family Association.
