Regis was born August 27, 1929 to Hugh Arthur and Fern Dorcas McClaine in Brady’s Bend, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of East Brady High School, Class of 1948, and then joined the United States Navy. He also obtained his Bachelor’s at Grove City College. Regis retired from Columbia Gas of Ohio. He was active in the Frist Presbyrterian Church at 1416 Jackson St, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, Regis is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Dawn McClaine. He is survived by his son, Neal McClaine; his sister, Bonnie Jayne (Grant) McCollough of Connoquenessing, PA; loyal companion, Molly; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Revered Roger Au will be officiating a Graveside service at 10:00am on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Glen Rest Cemetery, 8029 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
