Ralph E. Skinner, D.D.S., age 94, passed away peacefully at his home in Upper Arlington on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, with his loving wife at his side. He was born on April 25, 1927 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Ralph and Margaret Skinner. Dr. Skinner earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery and served in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Helen. Graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Union Cemetery, 3349 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43202.
