One of the kindest hearts I have ever known in my life.  Though it had been many many years since I had seen her, the kindness and encouragement Pat showed me as I was growing up have  resonated throughout my life. Both her and her entire family touched me in ways I don't think that they could have ever realized. She will forever hold a special place in my heart.  To the Hamm family, words cannot express how very sorry I am for your loss.  You will be in my heart and prayers

My only regret is never being able to tell you how much you meant to me while you were alive. The world is missing one of its true treasures now that your gone, but I am happy that Grandpa has his angel by his side in heaven finally...
