Norma J. Sines. Nancy retired from the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation following 30 years of service. She will be sorely missed by her sisters, Cindy DeLor and Vickie Sines; daughter, Nicole Brown-Harris; granddaughters Lauryn and Madisyn and three great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Grace Sines. and brother-in-law, Greg Smith. She is survived by nieces and nephews; Deidre (Mike) Naufel, Matt (Andrea) Bartow, Bridget (Brad) Castle, Chris (Julie) Davis, Jason (Willy) Davis, John (Jenn) Patterson, Amy Reeves, Tracy Seitzer, Amber (Alex)Fox, Keleigh (Daryl) Dotter and Kylie Rumery; many great nieces and great nephews and friends. Besides her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brothers, Timothy, Ronald, and Jeffrey Sines and sisters, Debbie Smith, Judy (Larry) Bartow and Polly Zylinski and longtime companion, Scott Tracey. Nancy was known and loved by her warm smile, infectious laugh, and her generous nature. She loved to spoil all her nieces and nephews and their families. She was strongly independent. She let you know quickly where she stood on any issue. She shared a joy of decorating her home with her gardening and decorating for holidays. She loved rooting for her favorite teams, The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. She also shared time dining with friends or playing the one-armed bandit at the casinos. A gathering to Celebrate the life of Nancy will be held from 4-8 pm Friday, January 5, 2024 at Hickory House, 550 Officenter Place, Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
