Nancy G. Bertsch

Nancy G. Bertsch, age 85, died July 23, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years James D. Bertsch, parents; Arthur and Ruth (Connell) Gill, great grandson; James Slagle, brother-in-law; Dr. Allen Koenig. Nancy is survived by her children; Dennis (Brenda) Bertsch, Tracey (Chris) Bertsch Adams, grandchildren; Jordan Bertsch Slagle, Mallorie Bertsch, Maggie Adams, great-grandchildren; Addison Slagle, Adien Kingery, Temperance Bertsch, sisters; Dorothy (Jack) Gill McArtor, Judy Gill Koenig, brother-in-law; Bill Bertsch, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was a graduate of West High School in 1948 and married in 1950. She retired from the Ohio Credit Union League after many years of faithful service. She was also a member of Columbia Heights United Methodist Church, Georgian Heights Civic Association, volunteered at Mt. Carmel West Hospital, loved to play cards, cross stitch, read, bowl at Western Lanes, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday July 27, 2015 from 4-8pm at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL 3030 W. Broad St. Columbus, OH where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 28, 2015 at 10 am with Pastor Brent Harris officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Cemetery.
