Michael L Ross

Michael L. "Moose" Ross, age 61, passed away unexpectedly August 13, 2014. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 26 years, Tricia; brothers Rick (Jackie) Ross and Jim Ross; sisters Cathy (Donnie) Thomas and Dana Zimmerman; nephews Jon (Charity) Ross, Donnie Thomas; nieces, Sarah (Adam) Pillion, Hannah Thomas, Aliyah Ross; great nephews Aidan Ross, Dylan Ross, Peyton Pillion; great niece Addison Pillion; aunts Joan Johnson, Janet (George) Bookless, Sandy Perkins. Born September 18, 1952 in Coshocton, Moose moved to Columbus to attend Ohio State. His first love was music, and he worked in various OSU area record stores for many years. He later worked for the State of Ohio before retiring in 2005. Moose fought a courageous battle with a debilitating neuro-muscular disease called CMT, a form of muscular dystrophy, all his life. If so desired, a charitable contribution in his name can be made to the CMTA or the MDA. Funeral arrangements by Schoedinger Funeral Home with a private service at a later date.
