Maxine F. Fulton, age 85, of Columbus, peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013. She was born to the late Maxwell and Dorothy Schoonover on February 28, 1928 in Wadsworth, Ohio. Maxine was a graduate of Hudson High School, class of 1946. She went on to receive her Bachelors in Retail from Kent State University. She worked as an interior designer for many years and was known for her cross-stitching, sewing, and upholstering. Maxine was also an avid Republican. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Keith S. Fulton; brother, Robert Schoonover; brother-in-law, Chuck Harrington. Maxine is survived by her daughters, Jennifer (Todd) Sheeran, Amy (David) Stacey, Beth Fulton; grandchildren, Patrick and Ryan Sheeran and Courtney and Joshua Stacey; siblings, Jack (Nancy) Schoonover and Juanita Harrington; extended family and friends. To celebrate Maxine’s memory, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Buffalo, NY.
