Mary Etta Sahr, age 89, passed away Friday, November 26, 2014 in Lamont, Florida. She was born in Gallipolis on May 26, 1925 to the late Troy and Climme Gillespie. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Charles Sahr; son, Dick Sahr; and grandson, Paul Lewis. Mary is survived by daughters, Jane Johnson and Mary Lou Sahr; adopted son, Rick (Jenn) Sahr; grandchildren, Brittanie Johnson, Kendra Shea and Jason Drummond; great-grandchildren, Kessley and Hailey Drummond, Blake, Brooklynne and Hailey Sahr; special friend, Dick Greene; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 10:30 AM at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY, 3920 Broadway where family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
