Mary "Betsy" E. Rueb

Mary “Betsy” E. Rueb, age 87, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023. Betsy was born on August 24, 1936 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Melvin and Elizabeth (Royer) Vogt. Graduate of Columbian High School, attended Ohio State University, and graduate from Marion General Hospital. Betsy was a member of the Hannah Neil Sustainability Board I, Buckeye Boys Ranch – Bound III, Ohio Republican Party, and the Columbus Foundation. Betsy is proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Floyd Rueb; brothers Reverend Canon Charles “Chad” Vogt (Jeanne) and Richard (Dorothy) Vogt; niece Anna Elizabeth Vogt; and nephew Chad Kenyen Vogt. She is survived by her three nieces Mary Christine Jacob, Elizabeth J. Smith, and Rachel Niswander; and four great nephews. Family to receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, OH 43221. Memorial Service will immediately follow at 2:00pm.
