Mary Florence Barry

Mary Florence Barry, age 78, passed away surrounded by her loving family at home on Saturday, July 22, 2023. Mary was born on May 16, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ralph and Myrtle Virginia (Rowe) Stuart. She worked for Children’s Services for many years. Mary was the most loving person you will ever meet. She will be remembered for her strength, beauty, and being full of life. Mary was an amazing painter, talented sculptor, and avid gardener. She and her husband loved listening to music together and are members of Life in Christ Fellowship Church. Preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Shannon Partlow; brothers, James and Michael. Survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Terry W. Barry; sons, Gary L., David C. (Brenda), Scott V. and Robert J. Partlow; daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Jake) Notestone; step-sons, Timothy (Nancy) and Thomas Barry; grandchildren, David, Angela “Sissy”, Kayla, Alex, Kyle, and Cody; brother, Samuel Pritchard; sister, Virginia Siders; many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 4-7 pm at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Service by Schoedinger-Hilltop, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204, where funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, July 28, 2023 with Pastor Robert Steinbrecher officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery. A reception will follow the service at Life in Christ Fellowship Church, 500 OH 142, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162.
