My mother asked me if I knew the greatest gift she and Daddy gave me? I quickly answered "life!" She said "No. brothers and sisters!" Ha, got me again Mom! Mark & I graduated out of TOLEDO St. James in '63. Then on to STRITCH.  He was RAISED RIGHT ... and shared it !  HE MADE A VERY LARGE POSITIVE SPACE for the many that knew Him or worked with Him. Mark was that larger- than- life individual who was a friend to all.  I especially remember how respectful and protective he was of the girls in our class at Stritch.  I told him that and he responded in pure Beeley style "his sisters taught him well." 
My deepest sympathy to the family that he adored.  He truly will be missed.

I'm very sorry to see that Mark has passed away. He was a good friend in high school. I'll always remember his great sense of humor. I still laugh when I think about his hilarious slide show at our 10 year reunion. RIP Mark.

Mark, without a doubt, was the best brother-in-law i could have ask for. In all the years that I have had the pleasure to know Mark, he was always full of life. He loved CARS & BOATS. I have never met a more honest person. It is not gonna be the same without out him. Mark always had a smile on his face, even when he knew he had cancer. The Vietnam War was such a worthless war, like most wars. He was a courageous fighter, till the end. Mark, I am gonna miss you and you will ALWAYS be in my heart. I love you brother, Rick Karns.

Silly boys....off to war...and, for what?

My baby brother, Mark, will always instill precious memories of his childhood, teenage years, adulthood, with a special marriage to one of my favorite sisters-in-law, two great kids, and the Beeley weird sense of humor. It got us through a lot of "stuff" growing up, and he will be greatly missed. I miss him already and was doubly glad we got to see him while he was still in his humorous, witty self. Fly high, dear brother, and save a set of wings for the rest of us mortals waiting  to  re-connect with you in Heaven.

Thank you Uncle Mark or everything you tought me about life, for all of your advice through the years, for your boundless joy and optimism, and for always believing in my potential. In a few short months I'll be the only "other" Mark Beeley to graduate from BGSU and I know you'll be smiling down on me. Dear Jan,                                                                                                                               I can only imagine the loss you feel. Very few couples have the amazing love that you and Mark share! We are all very blessed to have had him in our lives...and also blessed to have you and the kids in our lives. Miles may seperate us but you are always in my thoughts and prayers! Anything you need or even just to talk, I'm only a phone call away!  I am so blessed to have had a big brother like Mark and all my other siblings. I will always remember his smile, his wacked humor...to know him was to love him.

Jan, Hannah and Graem, deepest sympathies to your family in your loss.   Mark was a wonderful husband, father, friend, and brother, and will be missed by all.  He had a wonderful sense of humor and a kind, loving spirit, that he shared with all of us.  I feel truly blessed to have known him.

I was very saddened to hear of Mark's passing away. I served with him in Vietnam in the 46th Engrs. EM Platoon at Xuan Loc. I will always remember him and I'm very pleased to have had the chance to reconnect with Mark over the past 4 years.

A dear, sweet and caring man, has gone home. I am sad for this loss that Jan, and his son and daughter will experience in the days ahead. He gave so much of his heart to his friends and family, no matter what he was going through. A very giving person. I was a fortunate person to be able to be his friend. He worked endless hours on my car, without taking a penny. That's the kind of person he was. Much love to Jan and the kids! <3

Our family is deeply saddened by the loss of Mark for his family, and also for his many friends. It seems that no matter what Mark was going through, he always offered a bright smile, a friendly word, and a big hug! The neighborhood garage sale won't be the same without him. :-) Everyone we've talked with about Mark includes in their comments, "What a great guy!" We are going to miss this great guy.
