Marianne Smith

Marianne Smith, age 86, left this life on Friday February 20, 2015 from Hoover Haus in Grove City to reunite with family and friends in eternal life. She was a lifetime resident of Grove City and member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She loved life, her friends and family. She enjoyed traveling, golf, reading and bridge. She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn E. Smith, their son Glenn, Jr., and her brother Joe Morrison. She will be greatly missed by her son Jack L. Smith, daughter Suzanne (Jim) (Smith) Geddes, and daughter-in-law Clara (Gotherman) Smith, six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Grove City, OH. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 24, 2015 from 5-8pm at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway where funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 25, 2015 at 10 am with Pastor Don Allman officiating.
