Margaret ‘Jean’ Williamson passed away under the care of Riverside Methodist Hospital on Sunday, September 24, 2023. She was born in Stepptown, West Virginia to the late Flem and Louise. Preceded in death by her husband Clyde; siblings Sonny Litton and Sue Lucas; and son-in-law Mike Burke. She is survived by brothers Harry (Irene) Litton and Johnny (Joyce) Litton; daughter Vickey Burke; son and daughter-in-law David and Theresa Williamson.
The true lights of her life were her grandchildren: Mark (Afton) Davis, Matt (Kirstie) Williamson, Patrick (Jenn) Burke, Catherine Burke and Ryan Williamson. Furthermore, her heart belongs to her grandpups: Apollo, Ares, Lucie and the late Caeser.
Jean was one of a kind, with a love of DeSales High School football, all things college football and of course, NASCAR. She was well known for her feisty attitude, her famous peanut brittle and her mouth watering pumpkin bars.
Per her wishes, there will be no public service. A celebration of life will be scheduled by the family at a later date. Advantage by Schoedinger North has been entrusted with her private cremation.
