Louis J. Fernandez, age 83, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019. He was born August 15, 1935 in New Orleans, La. to the late Louis and Josephine Fernandez. Also preceding him in death is his brother Raymond Fernandez. Louis was an Army Veteran. He was a big fan of David Lean movies and loved Richard Clayderman piano music. Louis will be deeply missed by his daughter Deborah (Victor) Newman; sister Barbara Kirby; special friend Gayle Fernandez; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice.
