Linda was a relative of mine. She was my mother’s first cousin, but much closer in age to me. We became better acquainted after my mother passed. I came to Ohio to visit Linda’s mother, my aunt Grace, and Linda was such a gracious hostess. I was always sorry we didn’t live closer together, we shared some of life’s saddest moments when we both lost our husbands and our beloved pets. We often talked about getting together, but life got in the way. I hadn’t heard from Linda for sometime, and when her Christmas card came back, I feared the worst. To her two beautiful daughters, I know she loved you 
both so very, very much and I extend to you both my deepest sympathy. 

I join Linda's many friends in expressing my sadness over her untimely death. I was playing Canasta when she did not come, the beginning of the sad end to her good life.We were sorority sisters at Ohio State.  I watched the budding romance between her and your Dad.Witnessed their breakup and back together again. When Lori was a premie in the hospital I visited you.  Over the years enjoyed lots of golf with Linda and just enjoying our life together.  In Naples our homes are just a block away.  Linda was smart and focused on what was important to her.  She was devoted to her parents and then widowed Mother.  She would go home just to support her Mother when it was not convenient.  Her daughters were THE most important people in her life......well maybe I should add her dog(s) in the mix.  Family was EVERYTHING.  It has been said that no one really dies until the last person says their name.  Linda will be remembered for always.  Fun, good natured, loyal, hard worker, good friend. I watched her service on video,  She would have loved hearing the wonderful words spoken from Andy.  He was articulate and heartfelt.  With sympathy, Jeanne Schoedinger

I met Linda and her faithful companion Maggie most mornings at Fancyburg Park. She was always pleasant to me and my Golden’s and we always seemed to share some laughs, despite the weather!  
I will miss seeing her but will always remember her. 
May she Rest In Peace.

My heart is so very sad to learn of Linda’s passing. So many fun memories of our days as tennis partners at Scioto.  Both of us being “lefties”, we confused many opponents & won many matches together. We also had great laughs on & off the courts.  Linda was one special lady, that I was always so glad to see & she always made me feel that she was glad to see me too. I will treasure my memories of times together with Linda. I hope all your wonderful memories will give you peace in her passing. She will be missed & not forgotten. She blessed us all that knew her:heart:

I’m am so sorry to hear of Linda’s passing. I spent the last 3 years walking with her and Maggie at the dog park probably 3 to 4 times a week. She talked so much about Lisa & Lori and of course of all of the basketball that Lori and I played together. What a joy it was to hear her breakdown the Buckeye games, talk about her FLA home, and so many joys with her grandkids. I will miss her friendly face at Fancyburg Park each morning.
