Kathleen Meisner

E. Kathleen Meisner, age 93 of Blacklick, was called home on Thursday, January 5, 2023. She was born September 23, 1929 in South Point Ohio, a daughter of the late Perry and Alice (South) Stanley. She is also preceded in death by her grandmother who she adored; First husband, John Frasure; Second husband, Jeffery Meisner; Three brothers, Merlin, Glen and Frank Stanley. Kathleen will be remembered for her love of food, family, and of course the love for her car. Her car was her baby, and everyone who knew Kathleen, knew to never forget that car was a special edition. She is survived by her loving children, daughter Gloria Frasure and son Michael (Debra) Frasure; Granddaughter Melissa (Christopher) Young; Great grandson Freddie Young.
